2x Super FastTaq PCR MasterMix ,5x1 ml 【Storage】 Keep at 20C for long-term storage. This product is stable at 4C for six months. For daily use, we recommend keeping an aliquot at 4C. 【Product Description】 This product is a conveniently premixed 2x concentrated solution for PCR which includes highly purified Super FastTaq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl 2, , PCR reaction buffer, PCR reaction enhancer, optimozer and stablizer, suitable for super fast PCR reaction (the extension rate is up to 5-10 seconds/kb, PCR reaction can be done within 30 minutes), complicated template such as high GC content (>60%), template with secondary structure. When using short template or simple template such as plasmids, the 5 seconds/kb extension rate can be used and use less cycles to shorten the PCR duration. It is easy to use and can maximal avoiding the personal error and contamination.
