For daily use, we recommend keeping an aliquot at 4C. 【Product Description】 This product is a conveniently premixed 2x concentrated solution for PCR which includes highly purified Pfu DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl 2, , PCR reaction buffer, PCR reaction enhancer, optimozer and stablizer. It has the advantage of fast reacting, simple manipulation, high sensitivity, high specificity, hgh stability and can maximally reduce the human error. It is suitable for High Fidelity PCR amplification or complicated template such as high GC content (>60%), or difficult templates with secondary structure. The extension rate of Pfu is super fast, up to 2-3kb/min, could reach 4-6kb/min under certain special circumstances.It is easy to use and can avoid the contamination during PCR manipulation.
