2X Hotstart plus PCR mix, 1 ml 【Storage】 Keep at 20C for long-term storage. This product is stable at 4C for six months. For daily use, we recommend keeping an aliquot at 4C. s 【Product Description】 This product is a conveniently premixed 2x concentrated solution for PCR which includes highly purified Hotstart plus DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl 2, , PCR reaction buffer, PCR reaction enhancer, optimozer and stablizer. It has the advantage of fast reacting, simple manipulation and can maximally reduce the human error and contamination. The Hotstart plus DNA Polymerase is a chemically modified Taq DNA Polymerase, the enzyme activivity is totally blocked at room temperature so the non-specific amplification by primer dimer or non-specific binding of primer-template can be avoided. The enzyme can be activated at 95℃ for 10 mins. It is suitable for complicated template such as high GC content (>60%), or difficult templates with secondary structure or low copy number of template.
