1Kb DNA Ladder 250ul 14 bands pre-mixed with loading buffer: 250, 500, 750, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 3500, 4000, 5000, 6000, 8000 and 10000bp. 【Storage】 Keep the product at-20˚C for long term storage. One year at4˚C and 3 months at room temperature. Avoid freeze-thaw cycle. 【Product Description】 This product is ready-to-use DNA molecular weight standard pre-mixed with 1x loading buffer. It is composed of 14 linear double strands DNA bands, suitable for estimating the size and quantity of ds-DNA fragments. The 14 bands in this product are: 250bp,500bp, 750bp, 1,000bp, 1,500bp, 2,000bp, 2,500bp, 3,000bp, 3,500bp, 4,000bp, 5,000bp, 6,000bp, 8,000bp and10,000bp. The pattern of the bands is clear and sharp with precise size. The bands of 1,000bp, 3,000bp and 6,000bp are more condensed with the concentration of 12-15ng/ul, all the others are about 5ng/ul. 【Components】 10 mM Tris Cl (pH 8.4),10 mM EDTA,0.02% Bromophenol Blue,5% Glycerol. 【Protocol】 1.Recommended for1.0-2.0% Agarose gel, not for PAGE electrophoresis. 2.1x TAE or0.5-1x TBE can be used as the electrophoresis buffer. Voltage 6-8 V/cm gel length, electrophoresis time:20~40minutes. Voltage 20-30V/cm gel length, electrophoresis time:10~15minutes 3.Take 5-10ul marker to loading well using a pipette according to the width of the well. 4.Load all the DNA samples and start the electrophoresis. 5. After the electrophoresis is done, stain the gel with Ethidium Bromide (EB) or other DNA staining dye to view the bands. 【Caution】 1.The stability of this product has been tested: there is no bands pattern change after 3 months sitting in room temperature. It is recommended to put the product in low temperature to avoid the degradation caused by the nuclease contamination from inappropriate operation. 2.Do NOT heat before use. 3.Change the electrophoresis buffer timely when the buffer capacity decreased, failure to do that will affect the resolution of the marker. 【Note】 This product is for research use only. We have warranty for every product and will exchange the same value product if the quality of the product is not satisfied.
